I dont know.... I can be 10 pounds heavier tomorrow the way I fluctuate.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week

I fluctuate too, but I've learned that if I just continue on eating within my RDI the drop will come, it just takes faith in what you're doing and patience. Good luck on your journey. 🌈

I was looking for your posts because there was always something I got from them. Earlier today I wrote asking what happened to you. I went back and saw your post and remembered something that I had read about you or somehow it rang a bell about what we had in common. Years ago I had multiple injuries, I won't get into all the details but surgeries were supposed to be successful I guess in a technical sense but I have constant pain from nerve damage. Sometimes I get angry from the pain, it is really bad and because of the politics of this country and a handful of drug addicts that have decided to kill themselves with the drugs it has made it so difficult for me to get relief. I have rods in my leg, pins in my shoulders, constant pain, and have constant ringing in my ears from gunfire, explosions and loud aircraft. I have said this over and over, I would rather live a quality life than live a life of constant pain and anguish. I go to a pain manager but one thing I can do for myself that helps so much is to lose weight. My pain is not as intense when I maintain my weight at around 175-185 with about a 25% level of fat. Right now I am at 190 and 30% so it is difficult every day. Lets keep pushing forward. We can do this. We must, we will.
