I expected a big jump today. 2000+ kcal yesterday including a lot of salt. I ate pizza, tacos, a Cadbury egg, snickers and popcorn. So far so good!
123.8 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
