Well, I had to guess at the dinner salad and green beans as they were eaten at a function, but I'm sure I'm close enough. That being said I guess I'll find out tomorrow!
Didn't get enough water in today. I'm working on getting in a bit more before midnight. It was a bad bad bad thing to get my Diet Coke in the morning, but it was just one of those things... I really needed it :) Hadn't had one in almost two weeks BUT it seriously limited my water as I nursed that "Sonic" all day. On top of that I ate a whole box of SF Jello.. ROFL. guess if you're having an aspartame day you might as well have it. I'll do better tomorrow!
162.4 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
