I'm weighing myself a day early; I just know I won't have time tomorrow. Down a half pound...that's fine. I'll still be watching until next Saturday when I start my 3 day vacation. I will try to make smarter choices, but I'm not going to beat myself up if I have something that I probably shouldn't. I will be right back on track as soon as I get home.
