Im so happy that I am down a little over a pound even though I had another rough week. This week will be even better, even with thanksgiving on thursday because I know what I need to do to stay on track!

Last night I had homemade mashed potatoes, chicken, and corn on the cob. The mashed potatoes had REAL butter and homemade chicken broth in them [which im sure was a lot of fat]. I normally wouldnt eat them, but I did, and I am so proud because I DIDNT OVER EAT THEM! i ate until I was full, and not a bite more. It felt GREAT! This is something new for me and I am excited about it. I know this is what I am going to do on thanksgiving- eat until I am full, and not a bite more!
I made a new rule for myself too. Saturday was a good day of eating completely healthy, and sunday, I had the mashed potatoes. Today will be another good day of healthy eating. My new rule is: no out-of-lines food two days in a row.
which means tomorrow, and wed are going to be extra good days because thursday will be a waaaayyyy-out-of-lines food day lol

I feel a lot better. And now I am going to work out.

Woo hoo! Way to go! Good for you recognizing your "fullness/satisfaction factor" and stopping at that point! That is fantastic!!
