Not too worried about the weight gain. Celebrating my birthday is my "get out of jail free" card. If your ever going to cheat on the diet, a birthday celebration is a valid reason. Diet to be resumed tomorrow.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
