I went away overnight this week and yet still tried to stay with my diet; it was a struggle, but somehow I managed. I only managed 2 days of exercise this week, compared to my goal of 3 days, but I'm still pleased.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
