Weighed in at the gym. The scale at home is about 1.5lbs off from the gym so the significant change is not too concerning. But definitely is motivation to consume less and train harder!
189.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
