Good example of surprising numbers, and not in the desired way. I also don't think they're quite right. This is why I try and focus on trends. Pizza is gone, spaghetti is in the freezer for the weekend.

Had a great swim yesterday, 836 strokes, 141 average heart rate, exclusively in the cardio zone which means I'm getting good at controlling my stroke/effort for the duration. Took a long walk with the dogs in the evening, hit almost four miles. Just noticed, average heart rate is falling there and we were actually walking at a pretty good clip. Going to have to figure something else out there, I can't run, practically speaking. My knees are trash. I can run on sand, but the crowds at the beach looked insane yesterday and I want nothing to do with those people. We'll look at doing trails this weekend. Supposed to cool down a bit and that would be fantastic. We're all bored walking just streets.

I am on track to win my monthly goal for April. As of this morning, I have 21,580 of 23,900 calories burned in exercise with three days left. A couple more swim/walk days will get me there.

Anyways, expect this bump will disappear tomorrow. I suspect the muscle and fat mass readings are both incorrect. Not sure what I did differently this morning, but it should normalize.

I'm finally learning to use my phone to capture less than a full moon (usually as a big white blob). It's not perfect, I'm still learning, but I can actually see the shape in this pic. This is from the front porch. Lots more to learn. I'm also playing with portrait mode and spotlight.
