Well...... there's been way too much comfort eating! Oy! Time to turn it around, again!
236.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s more then doable. 500kcal shortage a day could give you slow weight loss not the feeling of being on heavy diet. More steady and losing about 1lbs a week. Get that discipline and planning going 👏🏽👌🏽
