Struggled a bit this week with stringing up more than one good day in a row. The urge to comfort eat is there. The struggle is real.

But I am averaging where I want to be. Weather is getting better and in a week, if things hold, some lifting on the covid restrictions will start to kick in. Looking forward to just a little bit of some kind of normal.

Yesterday I went on a very nice long walk and it is running today and deep fried chicken wings. Two of my favourite things.
109.4 lb Lost so far: 76.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's week 6 for me too! You are doing better than me with the eating though and the weight. I am not weighing or logging food now. Although I did step on the scale a couple weeks ago in the middle of the day which I know means it's at least 5 pounds more than what I weigh first thing in the morning. Keep up the good work!

Thank you all. It is so far so good for me. Issues are there. In normal times I can keep busier but right now a lot is one day or one hour at the time. Trying keeping positive and today is a new episode of Before the 90 days LOL...

Omg, how to eat 2000kkal and be 110 lbs? I’m eating 1300-1400 and my weight stuck on 130...

wish I could get down to 115 I was 118 in November now I'm up to 126 and only eat 1500 a day or less wtf

Metabolism may adjust to your eating.... I may be lucky and have good genetics but I have been careful about avoiding too much starving over longer times.

liv001, probably you‘re right, I have too much dieted in my life... the main question— can I return my metabolism back 😭

Building a nice muscle mass would help. I believe in having a good amount of protein but not sure what the "science" is
