I ate a little too much yesterday - hunger and emotional eating and fiancés birthday celebration. I need to eat lower calorie and more filling foods. I did eat a large carrot yesterday in place of a different snack and I did go for a long walk. Need to add strength training back in too now that the gym has been closed for so long.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
