Ladies and/or gentlemen... I am officially overweight! I have been "obese" (according to bmi) for such a long time and am proud to be down to just being regular old overweight.

233.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb. Still to go: 33.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Wonderful!! Isn't it wonderful to not have that obese word used in conjunction with you? I was morbidly obese when I first began my weight loss. Another awful label.
