this week was such a struggle. I didn't have much time to exercise, with work being crazy and being exhausted. this week, no excuses! I'm going to exercise at least 3 days this week, for at least 20 minutes; that's the goal!
181.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
