Today I updated my profile bio to better reflect my current situation and goals. Yesterday I ate well at 107% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and missed meeting all activity goals. BF unchanged...
151.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Erquiaga!!! I know my journal entries are boring and short. Most read the same with only a few changes in words but those words tell me a lot when I reread them.
