Has anyone on here tried Noom? I did it for the 2 week trial period, but didn’t really like it, for a variety of reasons, but mostly because I didn’t learn anything I didn’t already know. One thing I have never heard before was to weight yourself every single day. This seems counterintuitive to be since there’s so much fluctuation day to day, but does anyone else do this? Thoughts either way?

I always weight myself everyday. It keeps me on track and I don’t have that “day off, that turns into a week off” feeling.

I weigh myself also every day. I like the app too.

I started with Noom, did it for 10 weeks. I really dislike a lot of the app function and the overly chipper coaches. I prefer this app so much more, except for the name! I weigh every day so my graph looks like a downward trending squiggle. I have friends who love Noom. It was just not for me.
