I think my weight is gonna keep fluctuating until
1. I get a handle on my snacking
2. I stop snacking so much
3. I stop eating out of boredom
4. Stupid snacking 😂😂😂
145.6 lb Lost so far: 134.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Somehow I have avoided snacking...and trying to do one meal a day...and the scale is still stuck so who knows!

Look into intermediate fasting, I only eat between 12-6, I eat pretty much what I want! obviously you couldn’t eat nonstop for 6 hours but you don’t really have to change your lifestyle except for the fasting periods and don’t drink anything but water (I add mio) coffee and tea no sugar (Splenda is fine) or cream :) I just started but my uncle is down 50 pounds already and he started I believe in the middle of last year?

Same here. Seems like I eat more when I thing too long on all this pandemic stuff. 🥺

I think the real challenge here is that absent other things to do (like going out of the house), eating is becoming the primary marker for the passage of time. I'm sitting here looking at the clock, and, "Oh boy, 11:11, almost time for lunch!" because otherwise, I could sit here for hours without any distinction between the first hour and the tenth. It's a weird purgatory we're suspended in. No solutions, just my own personal observation of m o n o t o n y. It's Friday, I should be excited. Instead, I just want a nap.

right now we all are bored. But soon this will be over and we all can get active again. I miss the gym.

Snacking has been my worst enemy. I'm just using it a entertainment I guess. ☹️

I’m not bored. I’ve been Spring cleaning like an expert!! Ha!! Washing down all my walls, windows, inside and out, crevices, etc. I’m cleaning out all closets, sorting, resorting, moving around to furniture, etc. This week I’m tackling the kitchen, cleaning my oven/stovetop, fridge/freezer, all my cupboards and drawers. We have to be creative. There’s lots to do to avoid boredom and eating. I’ve actually broke my plateau I was on for months. The scale is moving nicely, I’m eating well, still working out. I’ve made the choice to do this. No way was I using this is a time to reverse all my hard work. I’m determined. Boredom and in the house is no excuse for me, I’ve used my home time very wisely. I’ll have no regrets. We have control of our reactions and actions to anything, with Gods help, it’s self control, prayer and being mindful!! ❤️🙏😊

I make little trail mix baggies for snacks. Makes it easier for me to notice my snacking because I notice everytime I open a new bag. I don't notice how much I had eaten til I finish the bag regardless of size. Making snack portions of healthy snacks really helps me curb my snacking.

Hi Everyone!! Letty you still look great. Wifey I have been like you getting cleaning done. zi really got my home office in sync now. Lol i did not feel like going back to the office to mail stuff, Lol i bought 2 books of stamps at grocery store and mailed stuff from home. I am fortunate i got a large patio and very nice grounds at apt center. Also Buddy my Maine Coone cat is the my new Office Manager who keeps me on my toes 🙂

I wish I could get anything done. Still dealing with a very sick sister— still in the hospital fighting for her life. Six months and now has Covid19. Wear your masks folks. It’s a simple thing to do and may save your life or the life of someone you are standing next to.

Kenna prayers to your family. Trust me i have my mask, gloves, alcohol wipes ect. The only people i care to listen to are Dr. Fauci, CDc, scientists, specialized doctors ect. The rest of the political clowns i pay no attention to.
