I'm not expecting it to stay her. if it does it'll be the first time, but I'm going to try to keep it. I wanted to stay steady to firm up, but I woke up 125.8 and no sagging ANYWHERE. I don't want to jinx myself and say better than I'd ever expected, but I have to admit to often worrying that I'd lose the weight just to look 'soft'. Even my stomach is completely tight - tighter than it's been in 10 years. I am thrilled. I think I've hit the perfect weight. Since it's human nature to continually want to improve, I'll probably work on moving a pound from my legs up to my shoulders and arms (swimming is a good way to do that, biking is good for slimming the legs, and of course I'll continue lifting weights). I do so wish there was somewhere I could give the message that being over 50 and losing weight doesn't doom you to saggy lose skin! I have my wrinkles, and no one is going to mistake me for a 35 year old (they may be kind and try, and I appreciate it when they do), but from the neck down there is no way to tell my age. This has all been so worth it. Especially because it's been a rather enjoyable experiment and kept me working at getting healthier and happier. Life is wonderful.
