Ate normally (for my diet) today and back down to 254.0 this afternoon from 257.5 this morning but still mad that I gained so much in three measly days. Got my two mid week fasting days coming up so 600 per day should get me back in the 240s...
254.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
