I weighed myself 3 times to make sure. I have no idea how this happened. I'm guessing that it's mostly due to water weight from TOM ending, and the 6 mile run probably helped.

Eating seems to be on track for the most part. Hoping to get in another run later today. Happy April fool's!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

down 3lbs! you are doing great. I gained 2lbs during this quarantine! Ladies I need help! I have 2 boys in the house that can eat, and I am having trouble not joining in!
