I started eating more normal again so I expect this to be the lowest of them all for a while. Probably will go up a few by the end of the week. Should take pictures I guess? 🤔

D, now I just need to copy your muscles, without access to a fancy copier or a gym 😁

Bodyweight exercises, a pull-up bar that you can put in a door frame and some dumbbells is all you need. Being consistent and truly pushing yourself are required.

I used bmi index and took the highest weight that was considered normal as my target. This is from CDC when I input your height: "For your height, a normal weight range would be from 152 to 205 pounds."

Oh, looks like I gotta lose 40 pounds to be in the middle of a healthy BMI. That's after losing 15 already recently. I plan to drop maybe 10 more and see how I look. I know BMI doesn't matter if you've been lifting for a while.
