Down another 1/2 lb, woot woot!😎 Working on defeating anxiety snacking, boredom & isolation. Will go to the grocery store today, I need a few things plus getting out of the house for a few minutes will be nice. Yesterday was gorgeous & up in the 90s, really warm for OKC this time of year. Today it will likely rain, be a bit cooler & closer to normal. Did I mention I planted some potatoes in my raised garden bed? I've got about 4 plants sprouting now, hello Springtime!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
