This quarantine is gonna make me work really hard on getting my snacking under control. I brought my bar and weights home I have Piloxing blocks to work on and I want to take up jogging. Yesterday I went for my first jog, it left me pretty sore. I'm going again today.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 136.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Was thinking of you. Jogging is nice.... take you outside and usually calms me. Have a good day
