Nikina70's Journal, 20 March 2020

Yay! So today I reached my goal again even though I spiked up to 66kg last Friday and chose not to officially record it. Not sure how many times I've done it before and can't say that this will be a last time I go over it again. I would like to now get to a comfortable 63,5kg and maintain there. I like the blue line so won't change my official target.

Did a 30 and 40 min strength workout this week as well as the two rugby field sessions so will try to do another 50 min over the weekend. Took measurements recently and I am almost down to my lowest again - all but the stubborn midsection, which is 2-4cm away from where I'd like it to be so I'll work on it. I would also like my arms to be far more toned, but I know I haven't been working on it hard enough so might need to change focus a bit.

My sister and her family were coming to visit from Ireland over Easter and we just heard yesterday that it's all cancelled. So sad, but I like to think that things happen for a reason and that we'll have a wonderful time when we eventually see them - whether that is at Christmas time or before or after. As long as everyone stays healthy I'll be happy. For now it's just a reminder to not take things for granted and be grateful for all the things we do have and health is probably the most precious of those blessings. Wishing health to all my FS Fam! well done Nikina. i am trying very hard this week en coming weekend break the 70's.... the battle is real🙈 but i just know that i just have to keep pushing and dont give up....hopefully monday i can have a great weigh in.. fingers crossed.

Yes, Rhodes1, sometimes I choose not to record those bumps in the road to keep myself on target for the next week's lower goal. At some point it's best to just check in though, I think, if I've steered too far off track and need an honesty/reality check.
