IDK whats happening but me likey!!

Just kidding, whats happening is Im logging my food, paying attention to portions and macros, drinking water, and moving my body. Now I just have to rinse and repeat forever!

Its WFH (work from home) day 2. I did well yesterday. I didnt eat the house down, and I went for a walk on my "lunch break". Staying focused though...that was a struggle. Going to try some Google Chrome extensions and the Pomodoro timer to keep me focused today.

I went to the gym last night after worrying about it all day. I thought it would a small class since they added AM classes to keep size down, but there were 10 of us there. That sounds small but there was no way to "stay away" from each other. So after the first round I said something like - "I feel guilty being here when they keep saying stay home" and everyone jumped on me. The gym owner gets defensive when she thinks someone is attacking her so she was like - well I could just close if you want me to but nobody wants that do they? and a other people were like - I lose my minds if the gym was closed - and again other people were like - just keep your distance. Yeah, I didnt really feel like I got in the best workout after that. What I meant was - I would hate to give the virus to someone if I already have it. My kid and I live with my mother who is a spry 75 - But I dont want to bring it home to her either. So to compromise, Im only going to the gym if there are under 5 people signed up. Thats leaves plenty of room, and gives me sanity.

if officials are saying to stay home, it might be best to stay home. I know not exercising at a gym can make us crazy, but maybe there are videos online you can workout to? Either way, stay healthy! :-)
