Still keeping up with my 1/2 mile a day walking. This week I did M-1 mi, Tu-1/2 mi, W-7/10 mi, Th-1.1 mi, F-6/10 mi, Sa-1/2 mi, Su-1/2 mi. ONLY drank the 48oz of water a day, but at least I did THAT, which is an improvement from ZERO water. Plugging along!
223.5 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
