Five lbs down...45 to go! Exercising, even if it's only for 10 minutes on the recumbent bike, is the key for me. So is planning. I plan my meals and snacks each day, getting it ready the night before. I try to make better choices. Yesterday, Sue and Sam got pizza for lunch. I know following WW that I can have pizza. But I chose to have a salad instead. Choices. Just make them better and you will see results!
