Didn't eat enough yesterday.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 68.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I like switch ups... low days and high days and normal days. Stretching for the metabolism.

It's kind of nice when you are too busy to worry about eating, instead of it being your main focus (like it is for me most of the time). But I know it's tough when it's because of a stressful situation like you are going through at work. Still - a nice loss!

Yes I agree with all of you. I like to stagger the calories and I didn't feel super hungry so I didn't want to push it. I know that for me not feeling very hungry is a pleasant surprise 😊 and it doesn't happen often so I try to go with it but calories were a bit too low yesterday. Work is busy and sometimes that keeps me in check...Other times it ruins my workout plans. Anyhow I'm excited to get out of the 180's this month. Hopefully by Friday...and with that I just jinxed myself. Ttyl

Eating under RDI because you are busy is not a bad thing. If you intentionally were eating calories that low day in and day out that would be a concern. On the days you overeat - those are not planned either as you have said in other posts they just happen ! Keep up the great work.
