Down to 218.8, my lowest weight since December 16, 2019. Lost a net 2.4 pounds in February with an average calorie burn of 3168 per day and an average calorie intake of 1644. Average daily macros were (Fat: 80.73g, Protein: 116.04g, Carbs: 62.26g).
218.8 lb Lost so far: 106.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
