Day 2 of a planned 5 days of eating

From my last diet ‘experiment’, my main takeaway was that to get a 'net loss' I have to stay low carb more than 5 days. 5 days is just 'maintenance' for me.

175.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
