Yikes! Down, down, down! Sticking in the 150's, shooting for 140's by the beginning of April. Here's a photo of all the food I tried to cook last night, and then one of the ham and collard greens that I had for dinner after all the work I did. Won't let me include the pre-cooking collard greens, green beans, or spinach but those were there too.
Managed to prep:
Broccoli, onion, and mushroom quiche with feta (crustless)
Cauliflower roasted without oil
Asparagus steamed and then marinated with lemon and salt
Collard greens with onions and ham (no oil)
Nonfat yogurt dressing with dill
Ground beef with mushrooms, onions, garlic and spinach
Ground pork with mushrooms and apples and cabbage, cooked in fresh-squeezed orange juice
Prepped green shaksuka with spinach, zucchini, and shaved brussel sprouts.

Then my neighbor gave me pear butter and nonfat cottage cheese so I will have those for breakfasts, so I am set for the week!

Happy Thursday! I am going dancing tonight and eating my prepped food with my friend who is going to have his own prepped food - I am kinda competitive so his being on a diet is going to motivate me to stick to mine a LITTLE better.
157.3 lb Lost so far: 25.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
