36.2% Back down to 159.4 for the third time. Now I hope I can actually go down from here! I am determined. Yesterday was extremely busy, so I only got in a 1/2 hour walk, but I did all kinds of standing; does that count? ;) I went to see Joe Biden speak, and that took all afternoon/evening. I knew it was going to, so I brought healthy snacks, and ate out of my purse throughout the night. I was worried about not knowing how much I'd eaten but it seems like I did alright! I'm going to try really hard to start going to bed at 11 like I used to. I hate doing it because I lose time with Chuck, but I have not been getting enough sleep, and this 130 bedtime cannot continue. I seem to be losing more sleep than usual, and feeling cranky and unable to focus. This is important for my weight loss, too, but mostly, for my overall health and mood. Have a great day, buddies!

You can do it! and... you are right about needing more sleep. When you are sleep deprived your body "holds on to" fat for energy reserves. **at least that's what i remember someone telling me**

Oh, man, I remember when my husband worked swing shift. I was hurting for sleep. I feel for you! Melody is right, you need sleep to lose weight. You're doing great, though! I'm happy for you. :)

Good to hear the determination in your 'voice'. I know you can do this. Sleep is sooo important. It makes me stuff anything and everythign into my mouth. Get some rest.
