I went over my RDI, but not to maintenance. Im up from the spaghetti I had for dinner last night My gym posts pictures of our workouts and I was front and center last night, looking about 3x bigger than I am. I hate that I feel like I look one way, and then I see something and realize I look another. I was in danger of letting my own self loathing derail me completely, but I woke up today and said "Not this time". Posting that for my own accountability - not to incite a pity party. I know what I need to do, and this time Im doing it instead of giving up. That makes all the difference.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
