Started keto diet. The recipes are so good and very different flavors. I love to cook so a good diet for me. When I started reading the diet it said i(if you can't eat all your food) Yeah Right, but I can't. On it for a week now will stay on it for 2 more weeks or longer.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
