The weight trend statistic on my FitIndex scale app reflects from 199.20 up to 201.2 and everything in between over the past 8 days. Haven't gotten that 197.6 back yet. Soon. Until then.. I just keep swimming. Or rather, dancing.

And.. let me add.. 'yay me'.

199.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks y'all. I was reflecting on that exploration of 'Groundhog's Day' relating to my weightloss - a discussion we had last summer? Fall? I don't remember 'when' just 'the topic'. So many lessons learned but more to repeat for another year... decade... century...
