Avid_eva's Journal, 23 March 2013

9st 10 (2 on at WW) No more than I deserved this week, I've been back to seemingly being unable to stop myself. Whether this is hormonal or because Jon's home (not that he encourages me as such but it may be depression about the relationship) I don't know but it's all very depressing. Every day I resolve to start afresh, clean slate and all, but it soon goes to pot. I've been reading a lot and missing out on some exercise dates, so the cumulative effect is all BAD! :-( Here's hoping I manage to pull my finger out for next week...

Thank you! I have yoyo'd so many times in the past ( always spending far longer fatter than thinner!) that it dismays me to feel I'm losing control and that it will all just creep back on again. I've got much more in place now to keep me aware (not least of which is continuing to go to WW every week, & using the fatsecret app& site) to improve my chances of success, but I have to say I'm finding maintenance possibly even more of a challenge than losing the weight ever was! But thank you so much for your encouragement :-)

You sound just like me, and probably millions of others..... Lose the weight, then put it back on. I yoyo all the time and end up each year being heavier than I've ever been. I don't know why I do it !! Keep up the good work and I'm sure you will keep the weight off. I certainly think WW and FS will help !! :-)
