Weigh in update, still staying below set weight (hydrated) so no change in set weight. Still in rehab process for my right knee (MCL sprain/tear) from skiing incident in early December. It's still not 100% but doing much better than a week ago.

Getting ready to head out on date night with my bride of "83"...walk-in closet shot for JF...😉
198.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear about the skiing incident. That must have put a damper on the fun that day. You still look great ... even if you are standing in the closet? ;)

Impressive! Both your weight loss and your closet. Also impressive that you're going on a date with your bride. I like hearing about long wed couples still enjoying each other. 👍

Becca, we are empty nesters with a half dozen younger (one due in Feb) grand kids keeping us amused. We try to get out on Fridays for a date night, even if we stay at home for it...this time we got dressed up a bit (very rare), I was pretty proud to be in my better half's company...she still turns my head!!

Aw, that's wonderful. We are empty nesters as well and we are loving this time in our lives. We are a couple years ahead of you. Married in 1981. 😊
