I see a lot of great ideas for food prep but don't feel I am quite ready to venture out on these afraid I will gain weight back so sticking to 1 whole food items till I feel more comfortable
150.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week
