Treadmill on 10 incline last night as some stomach issues made me decide going out for a long walk in the dark was not a prudent decision. All good this morning. Going to the beach at sunset tonight with friends. Hoping we'll get some great pics. I love this time of year.

Live beach fix can be found here on the Hotel Del HD beach cams. It's how I check the crowds. https://hoteldel.com/live-webcam/. Enjoy!

Incline of 10?!! I am still working on 2+miles incline of zero 🤣 My question is, does raising the incline work your core? Still learning things... and you are becoming a great resource 🙂 so thank you.

Two miles is great! Baby steps, take it up a notch this week, don't increase speed. The incline won't work the core, but you can work your core on an incline by pulling in your gut. Incline spares my knees and works the glutes which are the largest muscles in the body. When I do incline, it's to get my heart rate up without running, so it is definitely making my heart work harder. I don't run much (I do run in the sand at the beach), I ruined my knees a long time ago and while they are functional and let me walk a lot with the dogs, I want to keep them that way without having to resort to surgery. I like wobble board and simply fit board to work on my core if I'm not in the pool. I'm working on loving planks. That's a process in itself. 🤣
