Day 1 of a planned 4 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

I avoided eating solid food until 5:00pm and did a 7 mile run.
I had hoped it would allow me to *break even* since this was a ‘solid food eating day’.

… but, no… 😆

179.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The scale is really undependable! Nice 7 mile run! I used to run in my late 40's and early 50's. Ran 4 miles almost every day but sometimes on the weekend I could do 10 or more miles. Then could do nothing the rest of the day.

Well, it was close. It warmed up here and I could run (shuffle) outdoors. It was great. Hope you have a great day
