Nah...I have been gaining and losing the same 2-3 pounds all month...and all last month...and all of November. 😆🤷🏻‍♀️

Well, that's sort of a maintenance, maybe your body is just adjusting to your new weight loss and muscle gain.

Oh I think you've hit a fantastic plateau. Why fantastic? "casue 6+ weeks and you may be entering week 7 and you'll get a nice little trendline down for a couple of days. You've hit plateauland...enjoy it! I had five or six of those nasty suckers dumping weight 6 years ago. A span of 8-9 months and several plateaus.....just embrace them! They are a hoot!

Holding steady, but you're gaining so much muscle that it's obvious you're losing fat along with it. This is a challenge for a lot of people because they don't get the positive reinforcement of the scale. But you're doing so good!

Besides a certain weight goal do have a body composition that you're aiming for, such s a percentage body fat?

Adamevegod... No idea about percentages. Just want to be a normal weight for the first time in my life with some muscle. Shooting for 160-165. I'd love 150 but unsure how I'd look. And can't even get to 170 at this point so 🤷🏻‍♀️
