Day 3 of a planned 3 days of eating

I would like to be in 'maintenance' but my average weight right now is 178lbs and It should be 165lbs. So I am in 'weight reduction' mode right now.

Yesterday I lifted weights in the gym *and* did a 11 mile 🏃🏾‍♂‍ run. Jumped on the scale and I dropped 6 pounds since that morning. Not too surprising because I had a one day 4 pound gain the day before that was clearly ‘mostly water weight’ from eating pizza and French fries (covered in salt).

I could skip all the ‘heroics’ if I just ‘ate clean’ 7 days a week, but, I want to be happy and sitting around on a Saturday watching my friends play video games and eating unhealthy food makes me happy. I am ok with burning down those carbs with a 2 hour run…
