DO N OK's Journal, 17 January 2020

Water is still draining from my body at a rapid rate..Still eating 2 meal a day hope this keeps up till all water is gone, kind of freakish , but still can not fit into clothes properly, Still achy and started to wear compression soxs so my legs don't look like telephone poles, and Life goes and I'm DO N OK !!!
233.0 lb Lost so far: 194.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I finally got hold of my WOE I shed water for three days at a rapid weight, but it slowed down as quickly as it sped up. I hope you get a hold of things.
