aggie95's Journal, 15 March 2013

Yeaah! I'm down again. I've been strict this week and getting back on track with the eating after being in Florida for 10 days and throwing caution to the wind when it came to eating. I don't think I went too overboard so, I am getting better with the portion control and making better choices.

Did some chores last night at the farm for my dad. He brought home 40 bags of feed and I was the lucky one to unload them and stack in the barn for him. It was easy...compared to last year with an excess of over 25lbs on me and would be hard to do. I love how I feel these days! I'm still tired at night but that's my body and mind saying it's time to go to bed 'cause you need 8 hours of sleep.

Tomorrow is my birthday! I'll be officially 40! And you know what, I'm in good shape. Throughout my 30s I have struggled with my weight and I've finally committed to myself to get in better shape and make the changes and I'm soo glad that I did. I had an amazing vacation last week and did some shopping. It felt great to be able to try on sizes that were smaller than the normal size 14 or 16! I am now fitting into sizes 10 and 12 - it's awesome.

Thanks to FS for helping me on this journey.

Happy Weekend all!
