Apparently, my body needed sleep: 11 hours! 😳

More sleep = more fat loss, so I'm good with that 👍🏻
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's all lean mass loss if you didn't wake up 3-4 times for a protein shake.

That's what I was getting at, less estrogen more test. That's my secret, no emotions. The only time these peepers get wet is when sweat drips into them. :D
