Yesterday I was on grand daddy duty. My Wife kept me busy helping her decorate for my Daughter's baby shower this coming weekend. I ate "Poorly" at 121% of goal, met my protein goal but did not met all activity goals. BF unchanged...
Lift Day!!!
153.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks Jcmama, Melissa and Bill!!! One off day is not a big deal. It's a blessing that not everyone gets to see in life. I can't wait to met our little man!!!
