Well, I did eat the steel cut oats with dried fruit (org dried apples are great) and some seeds & nuts, that I had made for hubby. Made it in the IP so was easy. Didnt want to make my separate bfst but I will gt back to that mañana. (Oat bran, almond milk, flax meal, stevia, 1 cup blueberries) Finished the blueberry smoothies that I made from the WAHLS PROTOCOL diet. I like hr smoothies...plan to try the pumpkin pie smoothie this week. Canned pumpkin. Will try a few other recipes of hers but I disagree with the use of coconut milk due to it's effect on cholesterol. And definitely no interest in all the animals and animal organs she eats. So, this wont work for me but I am using the fruits & veggies she talks about.

Dr Greger will be in Tucson Sunday 19th (he is in Sedona 18th) promoting his new book HOW NOT TO DIET. He is one of the foremost WFPB docs (WF vegan) & is a hoot, so I always enjoy him. Excited to hear him speak again.
116.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
