🥚🥓🍳🧀Said I was going back to my plain eggs and then I went and bought those little egg bites as Costco because they had samples. They're good, but they tasted better in the store (or maybe I was hungry). Way more expensive than cooking my own, too. So, I'll check the expiration on them and save for the weekends as a treat. 🥚🥓🍳🧀

Yesterday was chilly and windy all day and I didn't make it into the pool. I think I really just hate swimming in a cold wind. Did 30 minutes on the treadmill incline so closed all the rings and worked up a nice sweat. Still hate it, but was better than running outside in a swimsuit. I will get out there today. My Magic5 goggles got here yesterday and you can tell they've been incrementally improving them since my first pair. I like that. I'm scared that some big company is going to swoop in and buy them and the dream fit will be over and the raccoon eyes will be back.

Fit a tiny three pound chicken in the air fryer pot last night. Next time, will see if I can find a four pound one that will fit. This looked like a Cornish game hen. Definitely stuff to learn on this machine. It looked good, but I think I'm going to have to inject flavor into the bird or brine it next time.

Edit for swimming: Solid swim, turned up the heat on Friday, it is so much better. Watch miscounted the strokes, but I know I did three sets of 500 each and then two more which works out to roughly 750+ (vs. 21,000). I weighed before I got in the pool and after, it's .4 lbs of sweat in the water or expelled when breathing. Going with the second option because even though I turned up the heat, it was still 56 degrees outside and windy. Kept the current up from last time. I really need to wander out to the office and do some stuff for work, but I'm not into it.
