Started a new challenge yesterday, 1/6/2020. Reading the book THE WAHLS PROTOCOL, which is actually written by a doctor who has MS & is for those with MS as well as other autoimmune disorders (so I qualify!) I will adapt parts of it, not the meat parts. Mostly it is plant-based Paleo. Really interesting & always helps me to try something new. So I immediately made myself a berry smoothie for breakfast: (in the Vitamix) first put one cup of soaked plain cashews with 3 cups filtered water (blend well); 1 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries; 4 cups frozen organic spinach; blend all. I drank 10 oz to which I had added 1 tbsp flaxmeal & 1 pkt pure stevia. Delish. Didnt get hungry until late aftn. (makes about 40 oz)

So, just bought more frozen veggies, more fresh dark green leafy veggies (as much organic as possible); some riced broccoli & cauliflower. Have lots of frozen org berries from Costco. Was 118.6 yest, 117.8 today, so helps! Go to WW on Thurs so hoping for good results.
117.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
