Day 1 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

I did not run yesterday, just sat around eating and watching TV…

It's good to relax once in a while. I did get a Fitbit for Christmas and it is motivating me. I would have more fun if I could tell how many calories I eat in one day but when you cook at home and not only for yourself it gets to be complicated. I could compare it with the calories that I burn. To success in 2020!

Hey, eating and watching TV burns calories, too. FS has a category for Computer/TV. They just don't burn as much as a run. Have a great New Year.

@rgaDawg - Haha yeah watching TV burns calories because as you know the biggest calorie burner is simply staying alive and breathing all day long :) 👍🏾
